Bolanle is in charge of developing and implementing Crayon's business expansion strategy in real estate and development.

Before founding Crayon, Bolanle was the Managing Director of Jabetza Realty, a start-up real estate firm dedicated to assisting developers and prospective homeowners in achieving their aspirations of acquiring a home or seeing their property development through to completion. She also has vast expertise in numerous Human Resources and People Development roles, providing advice to C-suite executives.

Bolanle has over 17 years of experience working for both local and multinational firms, including United Capital Plc as Director of Resources, Kimberly Ryan, London Borough of Brent, Renaissance Capital, Heirs Holdings, and Afriland Properties Plc. Bolanle Ibitola earned a bachelor's degree (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of Lagos and a master's degree (MA) in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom. She holds professional certifications from prestigious universities such as Harvard Business School, Price Waterhouse Cooper, and Lagos Business School (LBS), among others.
